Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
1. Introduction & Consent
By accessing and using the Comunalco ecosystem, you (the User, Property Manager, or Resident) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must discontinue your use of the Service immediately.
2. Data Collection & Usage
To provide essential Service functionalities (such as billing, online voting, and chat identification), we collect the following data:
- For Managers: Full name, contact phone number, email, and legal entity/sole proprietorship details.
- For Residents: Full name, apartment/unit number, email, and phone number (for authentication and notifications).
This data is used exclusively to operate your Homeowners Association (HOA) or property management environment within a closed system.
3. Data Sharing with Third Parties
Comunalco never sells Users' personal data to third parties.
Data may only be securely transmitted to our infrastructure partners (e.g., Supabase for database hosting and PayPro Global for payment processing) under strict confidentiality agreements (Data Processing Agreement).
4. Community Rules of Conduct
Users must use the built-in community chat and online voting systems with respect for neighbors. The following is strictly prohibited:
- Posting spam, advertising, offensive content, or materials that violate applicable laws.
- Manipulating voting results by sharing account access credentials with third parties.
The Property Manager reserves the right to moderate the chat and suspend rule-violating accounts.
5. Your Rights (Right to Erasure)
In compliance with European (GDPR) and Ukrainian regulations, you have the right to request an export of all your personal data or the complete deletion of your account (Right to be Forgotten) at any time. To exercise this right, please contact us at: support@comunalco.com.
